A half-page brief becomes strategic direction, charters, a work plan, a roadmap and a critical path in about four minutes.
0:00The work plan was never the source of truth
Advances in AI have created the opportunity to build a system of work for transformation projects. The work plan was never the real source of truth. The real source of truth has always been the meetings, where problems are discussed, argued and solved. We can now capture those conversations, build the plan from the context you already have, and spin up agents to model the decisions. This is the first system of work that both augments and automates the work of your transformation team.
0:28A half-page brief is all it takes
Six project types. Integration, divestiture, value creation, transformation, agentic transformation, cloud migration. They all follow the same shape. Pick one, and a half-page brief is all it takes. Industry, size, horizon, and what the deal is for.
0:45One click, and it starts work
One click. The AI drafts strategic direction, every charter, the work plan and the roadmap. Every line is yours to change.
0:54Strategic direction, functions, charters, work plan
Four minutes later, every step is ticked. Strategic direction. Every function, with its charter. And the plan underneath them. Not a template. Written for this deal.
1:05A work plan that was not there ten minutes ago
The work plan. Every workstream, broken down, in sequence. And it keeps going. Not a playbook from someone else's deal. That is their work product, and it never quite fit yours anyway. This one was written for this deal.
1:19And a roadmap they can take to the steering committee
And a roadmap you can take to the steering committee on Monday morning.
1:24The critical path, without the ballroom
And this is Walk the Walls. The algorithm and the AI find the critical path while you watch. No hotel ballroom. No sticky notes and string. Every workstream graded, every section ranked, and the critical path marked. So you know where to start, and the sequence that finishes the work fastest. Your teams can begin today.
1:48Built by a practitioner
Built by a practitioner who understands how things actually get done. Big Four consulting and C suite portfolio experience, embedded in the software, so you stop paying for a pyramid of junior staff and pay only for the advice you value. Fifteen languages, enterprise security, and this is what it looks like across a whole portfolio. Start a free trial whenever you are ready. And if you would rather ask a question first, write to me. I answer my own email.
Built for the way M&A actually gets delivered
Three different mental models. Three different things you actually buy.

Deal number two starts where deal one finished.
AtlanticM&A meets you where you are — from solo independent to Fortune 500 transformation office.
What you can run on it
The same work plans, governance, stakeholders and reporting underneath each one.
Two companies become one. Workstreams, synergies and Day 1, tracked from signing.
Separate a business and exit the TSAs, with stranded cost visible from the start.
Buy a carve-out and stand it up, with the TSAs you inherit mapped to an exit.
A cost-out programme with the savings tracked to the P&L, not to a slide.
The value creation plan, with every initiative linked to the bridge.
A digital programme run as work, rather than as a roadmap that ages.
Redesign how the organisation runs, and track the change through to the new shape.
Behaviour change with named owners, on the same cadence as everything else.
Put agents into the operating model, and govern what they do.
A MAP-aligned migration, with waves, dependencies and the landing zone tracked.
The Cloud Adoption Framework programme: assess, ready, migrate, modernise.
From deal screen through Day 1, transformation execution, and AWS Cloud Migration funding — one platform across the full lifecycle.
Manage workstreams, milestones, and tasks with RAG status — all audited. See at a glance what's red before your sponsor meeting.
Pixel-perfect corporate decks generated from live project data — Steering Committee packs, integration scorecards, synergy realisation reports. Refreshed in minutes, not days. Custom slides via PowerPoint upload + your chrome.
Build cost and revenue synergy models with waterfall charts, scenario analysis (base/bear/bull), and monthly actuals tracking.
Persistent, voice-enabled co-pilot for every stakeholder in your deal. 90-second briefings, suggested engagement strategies with a tried/worked feedback loop, cross-stakeholder voice queries. Patent-pending.
Upload meeting transcripts, or connect Teams and Zoom directly. AI extracts proposed updates — you review and apply in one click.
Row-level security in Postgres isolates every tenant. Credentials in AWS Secrets Manager. Hosted on AWS with Cognito auth.
A full contextual web of the project — workplans, stakeholders, meetings, synergies, RAID — that every AI surface reads to augment and automate the work. Bedrock-hosted, tenant-isolated, audit-trailed.
Teams work in their home language while keeping every stakeholder updated in theirs. 15 languages with AI-powered translation for project data, meeting intelligence, and reports.
Your Teams calls are full of decisions, blockers, and synergy updates. We capture them so nothing falls through the cracks.
MS Teams, Zoom, email, AWS Migration Hub — connected once, signal flows in continuously.
Briefings, decks, synergy models, MAP funding bundles, stakeholder strategies — generated from live project state, not assembled by hand.
Every output carries an audit trail, confidence scores, and source citations. Accept, edit, or override — your judgement, with the structured work compressed.

My first M&A project was in 1998. I was a young engineer at IMI plc and somebody had to work out which of two overlapping product ranges to keep, so I pulled the sales and cost data out of both companies' systems and wrote the application that answered it. My first M&A project was building software to model a merger. Here we are again.
The plan was never the problem. Keeping the plan current was the problem.
