Feature · Cadence Centre

Right meeting. Right people. Right deck, five minutes before it starts.

The integration cadence you already run, automated: distribution lists by project group, the pack delivered before the meeting rather than during it, and an optional pre-read a day or two ahead, so the chair has time to read it.

The weekly rhythm survives the person who was running it.

  1. 0:00The cadence you already run

Every integration runs on a rhythm. A steering committee, the workstream syncs, the weekly nobody remembers agreeing to. Usually it lives in one person's calendar and that person's head.

  2. 0:11One project, one week

Here it is, scoped to one project. Not your whole inbox and not six programmes at once. Just the week this project is actually having.

  3. 0:23The next four weeks

A rhythm only becomes visible across weeks. Four of them, so you can see the shape of what is coming while there is still time to move something.

  4. 0:33The list builds itself

The distribution list is not a list anyone keeps. It follows who is in the project group. Add somebody and they get that group's next pack. You can still overrule it.

  5. 0:44Built for practitioners

The cadence keeps itself. You decide what goes into it. Start a free trial whenever you are ready.

Six capabilities

The day-to-day mechanics of running an integration cadence — automated where it should be, owner-controlled where judgement matters.

Auto-distribution lists by project group

Distribution lists derive from project group membership. Add someone to the Steering Committee group and they automatically receive the next Steering Committee deck. No manual list maintenance, no missed recipients, no stale CCs from last quarter.

Meeting scheduling

Schedule project meetings with attendees and the meeting's report linked in the invite. Invites flow to attendees' Outlook or Google calendars via the existing integrations.

Refreshed pack, 5 minutes before

Once someone turns it on for a meeting, a link to a fresh render of its report reaches attendees five minutes before the start. No 'send me the latest version' scramble, and it uses no AI Refresh credits.

Pre-read, hours ahead

Send the same pack 2, 24 or 48 hours before, so the chair has time to read it. It is turned on separately from the five-minute refresh, and a moved meeting gets a fresh pre-read before its new time.

Focused project calendar

A calendar scoped to a single project, with no inbox noise and no cross-project clutter. Meetings sit in lanes by governance tier. Sits alongside your primary calendar; does not replace it.

Quiet by default

Nothing is sent until a named person turns it on for that meeting, and it goes out in their name. Meeting times show in each viewer's own time zone. The cadence works for the people, not the other way around.
