Feature · Report Centre

The board pack is due Thursday. The numbers moved on Tuesday.

Somebody rebuilds the Steering Committee deck by hand every cycle, from a plan that has already changed by the time it is printed. Report Centre generates it from the live plan of record, covering workstream status, RAID, synergy realisation and milestone slip, and regenerates it in minutes when the plan moves again.

You do not need a junior on the team to build the board pack, because the application does that.

PowerPoint · PDF · Excel · Word output. On every plan.

Transcript of the film

  1. 0:00The steering committee meets on Thursday

The steering committee meets on Thursday. Everywhere else that pack is built by hand. Somebody stays late every week.

  2. 0:07A storyline, not a template

Report Center uses Data to Deck to create PowerPoint reports using live project data. We start with the default storyline view of the presentation and select duplicate to create our own copy. The storyline can be edited to hide slides and add new slides.

  3. 0:23What it will print with

The review lets you view the report before printing. Upload your own brand or use one of ours.

  4. 0:30Produce the pack

Nobody wrote this by hand. It is the project laid out. The numbers are not typed in, they are read. The slides are date and time stamped for full auditability.

  5. 0:40Out to PowerPoint, and back again

We are not trying to replace PowerPoint. You can edit this in PowerPoint, because it is a better editor. So the deck is downloaded with a mark on every slide, and when it comes back our engine knows which ones are its own. The merge lets you bring in edited or new slides, and lets you keep an edited slide as a live data slide. We honor a changed deck order, so you can tailor the presentation to your needs.

The same pack, can be pulled from Claude Desktop so that you can use its advanced AI natural language editing ability to bypass PowerPoint altogether. Start a free trial whenever you are ready.

Three deliverables in under a minute

Concrete outputs from your live project state — not abstract reporting claims.

Steering Committee decks

Pre-templated SteerCo deck — workplan status, RAID summary, synergy realisation, milestone slip — refreshed from live project data in under a minute.

Integration scorecards

Workstream-by-workstream scorecard with RAG status, milestone variance, headcount adoption, synergy claim progress.

Synergy realisation reports

Quarter-by-quarter synergy claim → realised reporting. Per-deal, per-portfolio, per-workstream views. Underwrite vs realised variance.

How it works

Live data + cache-first refresh + PowerPoint upload for custom slides.

Straight from your governed programme plan

Reports pull from your live plan of record — workplans, RAID logs, synergy models, meeting intelligence, stakeholder graph — access-controlled and audit-logged, so every number traces back to governed project data. It's a closed loop: the meeting updates the plan, the plan builds the next Steering Committee deck, and that deck is the source document for the next meeting. Stop rebuilding the same deck five different ways every week.

Cache-first refresh

Project data updates in real time at no cost. Generated decks are cached and re-rendered on demand to pull in the latest data. AI refreshes are fair use, pooled across your account.

Custom slides via PowerPoint upload

Upload a custom slide template (PPTX); AtlanticM&A applies your chrome and renders into the same deck. Pixel-perfect output. Hide-the-tool by default for client work.

Multi-format export

PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx): same source of truth, four output formats. PPTX and PDF carry your brand on every plan; XLSX and DOCX export without branding today.

AI refreshes

Project data updates in real time at no cost. AI refreshes, which re-run the analysis and re-render the prose in a deck, are fair use that grows with each project you add. Rendering is cache-first, so the same deck served twice costs almost nothing.
