General holds your own preferences, including language and time zone. Accessibility and Security are likewise yours. Everyone sees those three.

Owners and Admins also get Team, Billing, Integrations, Brand and access, Templates and the Audit log.

The audit log records who did what and when across the account. It is append-only, which is what makes it worth having.
