How does subscribing through AWS Marketplace work?
Subscribe to Atlantic M&A Cloud Migration on the AWS Marketplace listing. AWS handles billing for the Cloud Migration product — your AWS bill will show the line item.
After subscribing, AWS redirects you to a registration page on atlanticma.ai. Sign in with your existing Atlantic M&A account (and we'll attach the subscription), or create a new account (and we'll provision a free Independent workspace alongside the Cloud Migration tools).
What is the free Independent baseline?
Every AWS Marketplace customer gets a free Atlantic M&A Independent workspace alongside their Cloud Migration subscription — 1 user, 1 project on the M&A integration side. There's no separate fee for it; it's included so you have somewhere to run the engagement from.
Need more capacity? Upgrade to Independent Plus, Pro, or Pro Plus via the in-app billing page (Paddle-billed, separate from your AWS subscription).
What do I do if the registration link has expired?
Registration tokens are valid for approximately 1 hour after AWS issues them. If yours has expired, the page will say so — to recover:
- Return to the AWS Marketplace Atlantic M&A listing.
- Click 'Set up your account' — AWS will issue a fresh token and redirect you back.
- If it still fails, email support@atlanticma.ai with your AWS account ID. We can link the subscription manually.
I already have an Atlantic M&A account. Can I attach my AWS subscription to it?
Yes. After subscribing on AWS, the registration page detects you're signed in and offers a one-click 'Link AWS subscription to your tenant' button. The link is one-time and idempotent — clicking again does nothing.
If you have multiple Atlantic M&A tenants, sign in to the one you want to attach the subscription to first, then complete the registration flow.
How do I cancel?
Cancel through AWS Marketplace — go to your AWS Marketplace subscriptions page and cancel there. AWS notifies us, and we revoke the Cloud Migration tools immediately.
Your Atlantic M&A workspace remains — only the Cloud Migration features (MRA, TCO, funding bundler) lock when the AWS subscription ends. The free Independent baseline you received at sign-up remains active indefinitely.
My AWS subscription is active but Cloud Migration tools are locked. What do I do?
Most likely the registration step was never completed. Two options:
- Re-run the registration flow from the AWS Marketplace listing (your AWS subscription stays active; this simply re-attaches it).
- Or email support@atlanticma.ai with your AWS account ID and the email address on your Atlantic M&A tenant. We can link them manually.
Can I upgrade my Atlantic M&A plan through AWS Marketplace?
Not directly. Cloud Migration is sold via AWS Marketplace; M&A integration tier upgrades (Independent Plus, Pro, Pro Plus, Enterprise) are billed via Paddle from within the app. Both run side by side — you can have an AWS Cloud Migration subscription and a Paddle Pro plan on the same tenant.
