Upload a TSA addendum

Upload the TSA addendum and the platform reads it: services, clauses and exit timelines become structured records you can work with.

The TSA addendum is the document that governs which services pass between seller and buyer, for how long, at what price and on what notice. Uploading it is the step that makes every other TSA surface work.

Uploading

  1. Open the project's TSA Methodology page. TSA documents go through here rather than the general document upload, because this path runs the structured extraction.
  2. Upload the addendum. If you have the full SPA, the classifier finds the TSA sections within it.
  3. Wait for the import. It typically takes two to five minutes and runs in the background, so you can carry on elsewhere.

What gets extracted

The service schedule, the operative clauses and the exit timelines, turned into records rather than text: one row per service, with its duration, its notice period and its exit conditions.

A note on the full SPA

The SPA contains a great deal that has nothing to do with running services out: closing conditions, warranties, escrow, earn-out. Some of it is confidentiality-restricted. If the classifier detects the TSA page ranges it shows you only those; if it cannot, it shows the full document and says so, and you should consider whether the whole SPA belongs in the workspace.

Who can download it again

The addendum PDF is restricted to Owners, Admins and Integration Leads. It is usually the most commercially sensitive document on the project.

Replacing it

Re-import when the addendum is amended. Services present in an earlier import but absent from the latest are kept and marked as removed rather than deleted, so the audit trail of what was once in scope survives.
