Meeting Intelligence
Upload a meeting transcript
Put the meeting in, and the platform reads it. Transcripts are the input that keeps the plan matching what people actually said.
Meeting Intelligence works from transcripts. You can upload one from almost anywhere, or connect a notetaker so the transcript arrives on its own.
What you can upload
Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Otter and hand-typed notes all work. The common formats are handled: VTT, SRT, DOCX and plain text. If you have a recording rather than a transcript, transcribe it first in the tool that made it.
Uploading
- Open the project's Intelligence page. Uploads live there rather than on the search surface, so that consent and retention are managed in one place.
- Upload the file and say which meeting it was.
- The extraction runs in the background. When it finishes, anything it found is waiting in the proposed updates queue.
It is scoped to one project
A transcript and everything derived from it belong to the project you uploaded it to. They will not appear in another project even if the meeting covered several engagements and the same people were in the room. If a call genuinely covered two deals, upload it to both.
Direct integration
On the plans that include it, Zoom and Teams connect directly and calendar sync brings the meetings in, so the transcript arrives without an upload step. Everything downstream behaves the same either way.
Before you upload somebody else's call
Recording and transcribing people carries obligations that vary by jurisdiction. The platform gives you the machinery, a participant-facing recording notice, per-account retention settings and a hard delete that cascades, but the legal basis for capturing the meeting is yours to establish.
