Meeting cadence

An integration runs on a weekly loop rather than on a plan. Cadence Centre is where that loop is defined: which meetings recur, at what frequency, what pack each needs, and who it goes to.

Tying the meeting to the report means the pack composes from live data on the right day instead of somebody rebuilding it the night before.

Accountability for the work itself lives in the work plan and in the governance structure. Cadence is about the rhythm, not about who owns what.
