Six capabilities

The day-to-day mechanics of running an integration cadence — automated where it should be, owner-controlled where judgment matters.

Auto-distribution lists by project group

Distribution lists derive from project group membership. Add someone to the Steering Committee group and they automatically get the next Steering Committee deck. No manual list maintenance, no missed recipients, no stale CCs from last quarter.

Meeting scheduling

Schedule project meetings with attendees, agenda, and the right pre-read deck attached. Invites flow to attendees' Outlook or Google calendars via the existing integrations.

Refreshed deck, 5 minutes before

The latest deck render lands in attendees' inboxes five minutes before the meeting starts. No "send me the latest version" scramble. Cache-first, so a credit is only consumed when underlying project data has actually changed since the last send.

Fatigue-aware meeting length

The platform suggests a meeting length based on the project's recent meeting tempo, decision velocity, and fatigue signals from the stakeholder graph. Suggestions are presented to the meeting owner — humans decide. Patent-pending.

Focused project calendar

A calendar scoped to a single project — no inbox noise, no cross-project clutter. Filter by workstream, role, or stakeholder. Sits alongside your primary calendar; does not replace it.

Quiet by default

Distribution and scheduling notifications respect quiet hours, time zones, and per-stakeholder preferences. The cadence works for the people, not the other way around.

Common questions

How does the 5-minute-before delivery interact with AI Refresh credits?

Cache-first by design. If underlying project data has not changed since the last render, the cached deck is sent — no credit consumed. If data has changed, one AI refresh is consumed and the new render is delivered. You control whether scheduled refreshes are credit-billable in settings.

Does Cadence Centre replace my Outlook or Google calendar?

No. Cadence Centre integrates with Outlook and Google Calendar via the Microsoft Graph and Google Calendar APIs. Meetings scheduled here flow to your primary calendar; the focused project calendar is a lens onto your existing calendar, not a replacement.

How does the meeting-length suggestion actually work?

It looks at recent meeting attendance, talk-time distribution, decision count per minute, fatigue signals from stakeholder sentiment, and historical meeting outcomes for the project. The suggestion is surfaced to the meeting owner — never auto-applied. Atlantic M&A does not build composite go/no-go scores or auto-recommendations; this is data presentation that supports a human decision.

Which tier do I need for Cadence Centre?

Cadence Centre is included on every tier from Independent up. Auto-distribution lists and 5-minute pre-meeting deck delivery are on Independent and above. Fatigue-aware meeting-length suggestions ride on Atlantic Intelligence — query caps by tier.

What if I do not want a deck sent before every meeting?

Per-meeting opt-out, plus per-recipient opt-out. The default is on for Steering Committee, Workstream, and Working Group meeting types; off for ad-hoc meetings. Configurable in project settings.
