Who uses a paid seat

A paid seat is somebody who can sign in and change something. Reading is free, and so is being named on a team, a steering committee or a stakeholder map.

Paid seat

Signs in and edits.

Owners, Admins, Integration Leads, Team Members and portfolio roles, and an Observer who holds an editing project role on a project they can open. 3 come with each active project.

Free viewer

Signs in and reads.

An Observer whose project roles are all Viewer: a sponsor, a seller's adviser, an investor reading the pack. No limit and no charge.

No login

Named, but does not sign in.

Team members without app access, steering committee and governance names, stakeholders in the map. Free, and they still receive invitations, emails and reports.

Need more paid seats without another project? A user pack adds 5 seats for $500 a month, or $5,000 a year. Giving a Viewer an editing role uses a seat; making someone a Viewer again frees it.

Work it out yourself

What your transformation capacity is actually worth

Five models, one for each kind of firm we work with. Put your own numbers in and move any assumption you disagree with. Every input says where its number came from.

What is moving delivery in-house worth?

Advisers are essential early and expensive late. This estimates what your team taking delivery on is worth across every program you are running.

Advisory spend displaced a year

What one program displaces, spread across its length, multiplied by the programs running at once.

Displaced on one program
$375,000

Advisory spend on the program, multiplied by the share your team takes on.

Advisory spend on the program
$2,500,000

Program budget multiplied by the share spent on advisers.

An estimate, not a quote. It uses your numbers and our assumptions, both shown above, so you can check every figure. Nothing here is a commitment and none of it leaves your browser.

Recommended plan

Firm

$36,000 a year

Returns 20.8× its cost

Your numbers imply 2 concurrent projects, priced here as Firm with 3 active projects. If you need data residency, buying by invoice or AWS Marketplace, or your own contract terms, that is Enterprise.

This is an estimate, not a quote, and nothing you type leaves your browser. The figures marked as our estimate are what we believe our effect is and are not yet independently validated, which is why you can move them. If you want us to run it against your actual portfolio, we would rather do that than argue about the assumptions.

Why AtlanticM&A is different

Other M&A integration tools are records-of-work systems — your team still does the analysis, writes the briefings, preps the steerco, chases the stakeholders. The platform tracks what your team did.

AtlanticM&A is different in kind. We augment and automate the work itself: the platform drafts briefings from live project state, generates the steerco deck on demand, simulates how stakeholders will respond before you walk in. Your team brings judgment; the platform does the lifting.

How we compare to each category of alternative

Pure-play M&A integration portalsPipeline + PMI tracking, mature workflowsRecords-of-work systems — your team still does the analysis, writing, steerco prep. Pricing typically opaque.Augments and automates the integration work itself. AI drafts briefings, generates decks, simulates stakeholder responses. Pricing transparent.
VDR-first platformsDiligence document control, secure data rooms, audit trailsDiligence ends at signing. The platform doesn't follow the deal into Day 1 / 100-day / synergy execution.VDR is one chapter. We carry the deal from LOI through Day 100+, with the same data flowing from diligence into integration.
Big 4 / enterprise consultingBespoke methodology, senior bench, global deliveryRequires the consulting engagement to access the software. No self-serve, no independent use.Same methodology, self-serve, AI-augmented. Use it with the consulting firm of your choice — or without one.
Generic project-management toolsFlexible task tracking, low per-seat cost, broad integrationsNo M&A methodology. No stakeholder model. No LOI-to-Day-100 templates. Every screen built by your team from scratch.Built for M&A from the ground up. Every template, AI prompt, voice command, and dashboard is tuned to the integration lifecycle.

All capabilities sit on a single data model from LOI through Day 100+ — diligence data, program state, stakeholder context, and integration outcomes are one continuous record, not a series of phase hand-offs.

The mental model: a Big 4 consultant team — minus the pyramid. AtlanticM&A automates the repetitive low-value work consulting teams do by hand (building decks, transcribing and summarizing meetings, drafting briefings) and augments the high-value work through Atlantic Intelligence, the specialized modules, and cross-border collaboration. So a reasonably skilled operator produces high-quality output on smaller projects, and a skilled operator runs larger projects without a consulting pyramid behind them. Judgment always stays with the human.

The platform does the writingPer-stakeholder briefings, voice-readableBuild yourselfTeams write their ownWritten by consultantsAll tiers. 90-sec briefing on any named stakeholder: persona, top concerns + severity, last interaction, recommended approach, one to watch. Report Centre — Data to DeckDashboard exports at bestManual dashboard exportsWritten by consultantsAll tiers (Report Centre baseline). Decks are generated on demand from the latest project state, with AI Compose doing the automated analysis and writing the narrative. Outputs ship in your branding (logo, palette, fonts), and the assistant learns your voice and tone over time from prior reports you upload. Finished decks auto-deliver to attendees ~5 minutes before scheduled meetings via Cadence Centre. Daily AI refreshes are fair use, pooled across your account.

Change Management module——Delivered by CM consultantsIncluded on every plan, with no add-on. CM is often overlooked on smaller projects, and outcomes then depend on project-leader skill. The module becomes an on-demand aid to leadership: it surfaces, anticipates and responds to CM priorities (populations, impact assessment, readiness, comms, sponsor alignment, resistance, knowledge transfer).
