For Chief Transformation Officers and Heads of Transformation

Run the whole transformation program in one system of work.

Workstreams, charters, work plans, RAID, stakeholders, benefits and the steering pack, on one backbone your own team runs. Built for internal, organic-growth programs: the method stays consistent across every business unit, and reporting is a by-product of the work rather than a layer built on Friday afternoon.

One system of work, not a patchwork

Six things a transformation office stops doing by hand when the program runs on a platform that knows what a transformation is.

The program lives where the work is done

Most programs run on a generic PMO tool, an Excel benefits tracker and PowerPoint status decks. Here the workstreams, dependencies, benefits, stakeholders and executive reporting are one system, and the pack is drawn from the work rather than rebuilt beside it.

Method consistency across business units

Author the program's method once: workstream charters, work plan templates, RAID and RACI. Every business unit runs the same shape, configured per workstream. The structure is opinionated; the content is yours.

Benefits realization in real time

Hard benefits reconcile to the P&L, soft benefits are tracked separately, both against the original business case as delivery happens. The CFO sees value capture as it lands, not in a quarterly retrospective.

Stakeholder management at scale

Transformation succeeds or fails on stakeholders. A stakeholder map across business units, a Change Management module with pulse surveys and readiness, so resistance is seen early and wins are told while they are fresh.

Board-grade reporting on tap

Steering Committee decks, program scorecards and benefits reports from live project data, refreshed in minutes. No reconciliation meeting before the SteerCo, and no ten versions of the same status.

From consulting-led to internal capability

Your consulting partners can work in it. The method, the templates and the program history stay when they step back, and the next program starts from what the last one learned.

Six transformation modes, digital to restructuring, on one backbone. See the Transformation product.

What a transformation office actually runs on it

Concrete programs, not abstract claims.

ERP rollout or digital replatforming

IT, Finance and Operations workstreams with their cross-functional dependencies tracked, cutover readiness recorded as it is reached, and Change Management running alongside the technical plan rather than after it.

Target operating model and shared services

Process redesign, organization design and decision rights, with a charter per function and a work plan per wave. Each business unit sees its own part and the office sees the whole.

Cost-out and restructuring

Benefits tracked against the case with provenance on every number. Footprint decisions, timing and stakeholder communications on the same plan, so the savings story and the people story never diverge.

Post-merger transformation

Picks up where the integration ends: operating model harmonization, system rationalization, brand and talent. The same backbone as the integration project, so nothing is re-entered.

Common questions

We already run Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM or Workfront. Does this replace them?

Generic PMO tools are platforms: you build the method yourself and maintain it. AtlanticM&A has the transformation method encoded. Bring the live plan in through guided import (Smartsheet, MS Project, SmartDraw, SharePoint) and push tasks out to Planner or Project where the wider organization lives. You stop maintaining a tool and start running a program.

Isn't AtlanticM&A for M&A integration?

Transformation is a first-class project type: the same data model with its own terminology and workflows, built because the problems are the same, method consistency, stakeholder management and benefits tracking. Six modes are supported, from digital and operational transformation to cost-out and post-merger.

Our method is our own. Is the structure too rigid?

The structure is opinionated; the content is yours. Encode your method as the workstreams, sections and task templates, and every program inherits it. Per-business-unit RACI overrides and region-specific variants are first-class.

Does the AI score the program or decide the sequencing?

No. AtlanticM&A does not build composite go/no-go scores or auto-recommendations. Atlantic Intelligence supports analysis, method coaching and reporting; sequencing and stop/go decisions stay with humans. Data presentation only.

How are benefits tracked, and who sees them?

Hard benefits reconcile to the P&L and soft benefits are tracked separately, both against the original business case, with provenance on every figure. Sponsors read the pack in Report Centre, or ask for it from Claude Desktop or any MCP client, scoped to the programs you grant and revocable.

What does a rollout look like across a large program?

The usual shape is a pilot on one workstream (12 to 16 weeks), then a program-wide rollout, then the office adopts it as the standard for future programs and builds its method library in the product. Enterprise rollout with SAML/SSO, security review, MSA and DPA lands in 4 to 6 weeks. SOC 2 (Type II observation underway) report, ISO 27001 alignment letter, GDPR Article 30 records and a DPIA template are available on request.
