What's the difference between Change Management here and a Prosci-style methodology?

Does the AI score cultural fit or recommend actions?

No. We do not build composite scores or auto-recommendations on people. Cultural integration tracking surfaces signals (sentiment shifts, attrition flight risk, sponsor messaging gaps) for humans to act on. Adoption is tracked at cohort level, not individual level. Data presentation only.

How does CM data interact with HR data — is this a HRIS?

No. We do not store HRIS data (compensation, performance reviews, individual records). Cohort-level adoption signal, leadership alignment commitments, and sentiment patterns from comms — that's the level of detail. Integrates with your HRIS for org-chart context only.

Is CM available on Independent tiers, or only large deals?
