Set up distribution lists

Set up a list of recipients against a report configuration: the steering committee for the steerco pack, the board for the board pack, the workstream leads for their own.

Distribution is part of the operating rhythm rather than a one-off send. The Cadence Centre ties the recurring meeting, the report it needs and the people who get it into a single loop.

Recipients receive the composed pack. They do not need a seat to read what you send them, which is the point of sending a file rather than a link.
