Meeting Intelligence
Accept or reject proposed updates
The AI proposes; you decide. Nothing from a transcript reaches your project until you accept it.
When the extraction spots a likely project change in a meeting, a status shift, a new risk, a decision, a milestone moving, it does not apply it. It proposes it, and the proposal waits in a queue for you.
Reviewing
- Open the project's Meeting Intelligence page and go to the proposed updates.
- Read the proposal alongside the quote it came from. Every proposal links back to the specific passage and timestamp in the transcript.
- Check the confidence, which tells you how sure the extraction is that it read the change correctly. That is separate from how well it matched a work-plan item, which is shown on the match badge.
- Accept to apply it, edit it first if it is nearly right, or dismiss it.
Why it works this way
A plan that updates itself from a conversation is a plan nobody trusts, because the first time it records something that was not agreed, every entry becomes suspect. The record shows only what a person accepted. Proposals live on the review surface and never on the record itself.
Re-running against a different plan
If a meeting was analyzed against the wrong work plan, you can re-analyze it. Its current pending proposals are replaced with fresh ones scoped to the new plan, so you may see fewer or different suggestions.
Dismissed proposals
Dismissing is a decision, not a deletion. The transcript is untouched and you can search it as before; you have simply declined that change.
