Billing and plans

Your plan sets the seats, the active projects, the stakeholder capacity and the monthly allowances for AI features. Billing shows what you are on and what you are using against it.

Payment is handled by our payment provider, which issues the invoices and handles tax. Changing plan takes effect immediately; where you are mid-trial, billing starts when the trial ends and you can cancel before then.

Annual billing is offered on the mid-market tiers at two months free. On the Independent tiers annual is twelve times monthly, and pause mode is offered instead for the gaps between engagements.
