Export your data (GDPR)

Your account data is exportable in a machine-readable form. This is a right under GDPR Article 20 rather than a paid feature, so it is never held behind a plan and never restricted during a trial.

There are two shapes. The account export covers the tenant's data. The personal export covers one individual's data, for a subject access request from a person rather than an organization.

Documents you uploaded are always yours to download again, whatever plan you are on. What a trial holds back is generated artefacts, decks, packs and workbooks, not your own property.

Where the project holds information about a named third party, there is an export of that individual's record and a path to erase it, so you can answer a request made to you as controller.
