Strategy & Planning

Using the Methodology page

The Methodology page is the reference model behind the phases: what a good deal execution does in each one, and how the platform's surfaces map onto it.

Methodology sets out the phases of a deal execution, from pre-close planning through post-close stabilization, and explains what each phase is for.

It is a reference, not a gate. The platform records your progress against it and never enforces an order; you can be mid-plan in one workstream and pre-close in another, which is what actually happens.

It is also where the vocabulary comes from. When the Charter groups by horizon, or the Roadmap lays phases out, the names it uses are the ones defined here for your project type.
