Getting Started
Navigate the platform
Two scopes: the account, which spans every project, and the project, which is one deal. Almost every question about where a page lives is really a question about which scope you are in.
The platform has two levels, and the same word can appear at both. Knowing which one you are in answers most navigation questions.
Account scope
Projects is home, the list of everything you are on. Portfolio is the account-wide view across projects. Account settings, team, billing, branding, templates and the audit log all live here, under Account. Cross-project surfaces such as the tenant Intelligence search and the Slide Library sit at this level too, which is why they show results from more than one deal.
Project scope
Open a project and the navigation changes to that deal: Strategic Direction, Charters, Work Plans, Roadmap, RAID, Walk the Walls, Synergies, Deal Value, Governance, Cadence, Report Centre, and the TSA pages on divestiture projects. Everything here is scoped to this project only. A transcript uploaded to one project never appears in another, even if the same people were in the meeting.
Getting around quickly
- Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) opens a jump-to-page search built from the navigation itself.
- The page header carries the help toggle for that page. Where a page uses AI, the same header discloses what that AI reads.
- Inside a project, the project name in the header is a link back to that project's dashboard.
If a page is missing
Three ordinary reasons, in the order worth checking. The feature belongs to a module your plan does not include; your role does not permit it, which is common for the Account tabs; or the page only appears for certain project types, which is how the TSA pages behave on an integration.
