Manage risks and issues

The RAID log is the project's open-questions register. Toggle the pills to show or hide each category.

• Risks are uncertain events that could hurt the project. Each carries severity, probability, an impact score and a mitigation plan, and can be escalated or mitigated.
• Actions are specific things somebody has to do, usually out of a meeting or a risk review, with an owner and a due date.
• Issues are risks that have materialised. They are live problems needing resolution, with a severity, an owner and a resolution plan.
• Dependencies are things you need from someone else, with the providing team, the expected date and a contingency.

The AI can read your deal documents and work plans and propose risks it finds. As everywhere, they arrive as proposals for you to accept or dismiss.
