Understanding the swimlane view
Walk the Walls lays every workstream out as a wall of sections so you can see where the risk is concentrated and what is gating what.
Each row is a workstream and each cell is a section of its work plan. The horizontal axis is criticality rank within the workstream, not time, and rows are ordered by their worst section. It is a readiness and entanglement view, not a schedule.
Click a section to expand it and see the individual tasks and how each was classified. Use the sort toggle to reorder functions by dependency severity.
It answers one question: where is the risk concentrated, and what is gating what. For the temporal question, how far along are we, use the Roadmap or the phase progression view instead.
